Marketing, Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. Under the direction

Our Internet studies feature HCD iReports™, which enable clients to view
real-time results while the survey is in progress, in addition to traditional

We also conduct check and phone studies. We select the methodology that is best
suited to meet the needs and research objectives of our clients.
HCD Research is comprised of experienced research professionals who work with
clients to define requirements and design, and implement programs that will
help them meet their promotional objectives. Our staff has extensive experience
in all phases of quantitative research, including recruiting participants, designing
survey questionnaires, obtaining objective data and compiling data into comprehensive
